So it's the third week of bootcamp. What I have learned?
- When I work out I make better choices when it comes to food.
- Just moving is better than not at all.
- However for progress to be made you need to have a rigorous one hour workout at least 5 days a week.
- If I don't do it first thing in the morning I won't do it at all.
- Only weigh yourself once a week.
- If you look at the your body and can tell a difference that's what matters. Not what the scale says.

ReplyDeleteI guess in the end you will feel good about yourself! I have entered into a "self boot camp" wrote on fridge a routine for all to see, if I do not stick to it then family will be sergeant. Imagine that power in a teens hand!
